Arniya® Official Policy

At Arniya®, we ensure transparency for all wholesalers, retailers, and resellers. Please follow the guidelines below for a smooth claim process.

Return & Exchange

  • Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Accepted ONLY for damaged or wrong items.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags intact.
  • Unboxing video is mandatory for every claim.

⚠️ No returns for size issues, color variations, or personal preference.

Refund Policy

  • Processed within 5–7 working days after inspection.
  • COD orders are refunded via Bank Transfer or UPI.
  • Company decision is final and binding for all claims.

Claim Rejection

  • If the unboxing video is edited or incomplete.
  • If the shipping label is not clearly visible in the video.
  • If the 48-hour window has passed.
