At Arniya®, we ensure transparency for all wholesalers, retailers, and resellers. Please follow the guidelines below for a smooth claim process.
Return & Exchange
- Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- Accepted ONLY for damaged or wrong items.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags intact.
- Unboxing video is mandatory for every claim.
⚠️ No returns for size issues, color variations, or personal preference.
Refund Policy
- Processed within 5–7 working days after inspection.
- COD orders are refunded via Bank Transfer or UPI.
- Company decision is final and binding for all claims.
Claim Rejection
- If the unboxing video is edited or incomplete.
- If the shipping label is not clearly visible in the video.
- If the 48-hour window has passed.
